In 1999 I entered private legal practice representing both energy companies and landowners before the Railroad Commission. I have been Board Certified in Administrative Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2001. Prior to becoming a lawyer, I earned a Doctorate in Geology from the University of Texas.
